It is really cute. I love the basket and the baby doll seat, my 4 year old daughter takes her baby every bike ride now and always asks, “How’s baby doing back there?”Just a couple issues; there’s little end piece on the hand-brake wire came off right away and so it is all frayed now and I still haven’t been able to get the hand-brake right so she just doesn’t use it for now. Also in the beginning her wheel kept slipping, but I adjusted her training wheels up a little and that seemed to do the trick. It was kind of hard for me to put together, but nothing more than expected if you’re handy. That’s pretty much it, my daughter LOVES it.Oh, and I actually purchased the 12 inch for my daughter’s 4th birthday, and it was definitely too small so I got the 14 inch and it is just almost too big which is fine because it’ll be perfect very soon and she can ride it just fine. She is about 33-34lbs and 3’3” if that helps anybody.All in all great bike, good price. 👍

Solid Bike, but Assembly instructions Could Be Improved
I recently purchased this bike, and overall, it’s a great product—well made and suitable for kids aged 3 and up. The design is flexible, and once assembled, it functions well. However, I did run into some trouble with the assembly. The YouTube video instructions were not entirely accurate—some pieces wouldn’t fit as shown. Specifically, the doll seat attaches to the seat itself, not the fender as the video suggests. Also, the bolts didn’t seem to fit initially, but after figuring out the correct direction for them, everything fell into place.My advice: Don’t rely too heavily on the YouTube video; instead, use the images in other customer reviews to guide you through assembly. I also reached out to product support for assistance, and they were very responsive, providing additional instructions and images. They even offered to replace any missing parts, but it turned out I didn’t need any replacements once I got the assembly right.The manual itself could use some improvements, as it wasn’t as clear as it could be. But once the bike was put together, it’s been smooth sailing. My child enjoys riding it, and I’ve had no further issues.Would I recommend it? Yes, absolutely. Despite the initial assembly hiccups, the bike is sturdy, versatile, and my child loves it. It’s a great purchase for the price.

Multiple missing screws and pieces missing, the front brakes DO NOT WORK!!! Even with the adjustments that the VERY vague instructions gave. I could not attach any of the accessories due to missing hardware and pieces… it’s almost Christmas and I don’t have time to return and get my money back and buy a different bike and it be here in time.. I bought TWO for both my daughters. So I have no choice but to just make do with what I have for now but I will de replacing these. I had such high hopes for these bikes and I am HIGHLY disappointed. It’s basically a half a** version of what is advertised!!! I do not recommend.

Very cute but poor instructions
My 4 year old daughter loves this bike so far, but has only been riding it for 2 days. My husband had a heck of a time putting it together because the instructions were very poor. Some of the images didn’t match the actual way it was supposed to be, and there were zero instructions on installing the front brakes which was crucial. We almost had to take it to a bike shop, but luckily my husband found other YouTube videos (not Joystar’s, which weren’t helpful) that helped him figure out the brakes issue.Another flaw is that when the seat height is all the way down, the doll seat won’t fit on. My daughter is fairly short I guess and she is bummed she can’t have the doll seat until she gets taller and it can be raised so there’s enough room.So: very cute bike. Some cheap materials and poor instructions but seems to work for now. The training wheels were easy to install and hopefully will come off easily too. Next time we’ll look for a pre-assembled bike made in the USA though
