Collect, store and feed colostrum from the same container. How to use: Soft squeezable silicone has a vacuum effect to collect droplets. Nib suctions colostrum off the nipple, can also be removed to express directly into the collector. Store and freeze according to guidance. When ready to feed, just squeeze the collector to feed the liquid gold to newborns.
Clean & Care: Sterilize each colostrum collector before use with any steam sterilizing system or by boiling in water for 2-3 minutes. Do not use bleach-based agents to clean this product. Use all the colostrum in the container for one feed and discard any left over.

Heard about these Haakaa colostrum collectors from a friend that had collected for her baby and I’m so glad I gave them a try!When I first started collecting colostrum I would only get a few drops. It was super easy to use the syringe top and it would suck up any drops. What’s great about this is you can either pop the off the top and collect that way or use the syringe part so there are different ways you can collect. The design is very well thought out.I was collecting early enough that I had to freeze it and there were no problems. It was big enough to fit what I had collected but not too big to where there was a bunch of empty space. Put it in a cooler when I went to the hospital and my baby ate from it perfectly.Would definitely recommend this to mamas who are interested in collecting or wanting to be prepared for when your baby is born.

Great for collection
I really like these to collect colostrum leading up to delivery, they were recommended by a friend that had some trouble latching and said they were a life saver after she had her baby. I am 38 weeks and just started collecting, I prefer to open up the top instead of using the suction to collect as I was able to fill up almost the entire thing in one session vs using the suction which took two sessions. It seems like it’s harder to get the drips from suctioning off the nipple vs just letting it drip through the larger opening.

Great project! Easy to use, easy to label perfect amount for a newborn! Easy to feed baby with collector! Can express into collector then give straight to baby!

These are great and make the collection so much simpler. You can just squeeze the empty tube one and and it will suck up the colostrum drops through the nozzle. Much easier than other syringes (which require two hands to operate) and already sterilised so you can just open the packed and use straight away. Having collected colostrum ended up being really valuable for me in the hospital and helped start my son off well with feeding, so worth doing if you can.
