The tutu is absolutely adorable. I purchases originally to cut in half and use it for a 1st birthday Highchair decoration but it was so cute and such good quality I actually bought a 2nd for her to wear for the party! You do have to do a little fluffing out of the package but I wish this was in my size it’s so adorable!The bow that comes with it isn’t as vibrant and not the cutest (in my opinion) but the tutu is worth the buy!
