Super fun experiment kit!
I bought this as a birthday gift for a little cousin and it was the best present I could have ever given him. He is so happy! It’s very easy to handle. He saw the instructions clearly and put it to use immediately, and I could see that it looks good quality and durable. The size seems appropriate for an 8-year-old. It comes with all the necessary elements to do several experiments, and when it came time to do them, the kids had fun because of how creative each one was.I’ll definitely buy it again for other gifts!

It is so fun and comes with all the tools you need. There are some household things you need like oil and vinegar for some of the experiments. There is extra of everything so you can do an experiment more than once. The book explains how to do everything and why it works. We have loved it.

I got this as a gift for my nephew for Christmas (well said it was from my husband) and he absolutely loved it!! More than most gifts he got. We broke it open that day and he made one of the experiments while visiting. It was a great gift for him (aged 7)

This is fun and the directions are easy to follow. It was super nice to see my kids get to see some cool since experiments. My kids are 3&4 I sat right there with them and we did them together, it came with everything intended. I’d say if you’re getting this to do with your kiddos/grandchildren it is definitely fun. The age range was accurate I’d make sure to be with them throughout the process because some things may not be safe for consumption and kids are impulsive sometimes. The volcano was beautiful we made our own after using the provided resources with baking soda and food coloring mixing that and adding white vinegar, it was nice to have reusable items in the kitchen.My issue comes down to the fact that multiple experiments needed out side sources. Some of them were able to be completed by what was provided. But you need things like oil, dish soap etc. everything they said was going to be in there was, it wasn’t MISSING anything but most of the experiments required other around the home objects or supplies which I guess isn’t a huge deal but not everyone has some of the required items and for the price of this box it seems like it would include more of the necessary items. And maybe making some of the elements in a larger quantity would help too so kids could do an experiment more than once if they were really into it. Food for thought. It wasn’t a deal breaker. I’m still very pleased with this purchase just my humble opinion.
