My granddaughter loved it but she just told me it stopped working. She got it for Christmas and it stop working in February. What do I do to get a replacement?

This cute, simple item looks great on or off, is super easy to setup and use, brings ambiance, charm and character to my living room, most of all, brings a smile to my face.

Stops working less then 2 months after it was bought
This stopped working less than 2 months after I bought it. It will turn on for a moment then shut off within 2 minutes, making my grandson very upset at bedtime. I do not recommend as it doesn’t last.

This item was very cool and my grandsons loved it, but it didn’t last long so I purchased another one and it too didn’t last more than 10 uses

Works well, bright but remote is finicky and doesn’t work well unless you’re basically standing right in front of it. Timer also does not work.

I got this for my newborn, and even though she loves it, the red light has not worked properly since about the third use
