My husband liked this purchase (yay me!)
My husband actually gave me a side eye of “wow, this is super cool” when our 2 and 4 year old boys got a hold of this toy for a birthday. Granted, their birthdays are not anywhere near each other – but whomever it was originally gotten, it turned out to be shared between them. The noises for the police car and helicopter are so fun! The boys didn’t stop playing with the helicopter even when the propellor blades broke off. The semi truck to haul everything made noises with horns and beeps too. Love love this for kids!

Don’t waste your money
What a piece of garbage. For his birthday, my 4-year old grandson received the yellow set that has the excavator and bulldozer. Within 30 seconds the tailgate broke off. Returned it and received a new one, which is fine so far.However, the army truck with the tank and helicopter is much worse. The helicopter comes with a place for batteries, but there are no batteries inside. I looked at the box and went to the store to get the 3 required batteries. When I put them into the helicopter, the battery compartment was bigger than the 3 batteries could fill. Also, after closer inspection, there is no metal conductors in the battery compartment! There are also no buttons to push so why is there a place for batteries with the box saying what type to get? The other problems are with the rotors. It looks like there is one straight blade which sticks out on both sides. After looking more closely, i saw that there were actually 2 blades, making a toyal of 4. Like an “X”. I gently separated the blades so there would be four, rather than two and as I did so a piece that holds the blades in place broke right off. My grandson was so excited to get it, and is now crying over the brokeb blades. All of this for $40.

I could not be more disappointed! The person I bought this from said that it was for 18 months and older. However, the box clearly states 3+ years old! I am so tired of ordering and returning products listed for 1 year old that turn out to be 3+ years old! This is false advertising. The only reason that I listed it as 3 stars is that it might be nice for 3+, but I did not take it out of the box. The box has photos of all their similar product lines – trailer trucks. I bought the police one, and the only way you can tell without opening the box is to match the product code on the box with the label added by the seller. It would be really easy to mix up these boxes. The box code on the Amazon label does match the code on the box for police trucks. Again, I did not open the box, so I cannot be sure if I actually got shipped the police truck.
