I really didn’t care for the instructions. Also a lot of the flimsy furniture I got was of lesser quality than a McDonald’s toy and some of them were even different colors and then some of them weren’t even what I was supposed to get. For example there was supposed to be a pink table and I only got the top part and not the bottom part. I had a super glue the roof together because that broke far too easily and I was being gentle with it. It’s okay once I figured out how to actually put it together it was kind of fun. Definitely not the best quality though especially where the floor mat for it or whatever you want to call it is nothing more than a piece of paper that could easily get destroyed. I did receive all four lights by having set them up yet. I will get to that another day and update my review. Overall I guess this is an okay dollhouse but I wish I knew better of what I was getting into..**UPDATE**So the seller is absolutely amazing. They reached out to me and sent all of the items that I had complaints about plus some! I’m quite the passionate shopper on Amazon and this is the first time I’ve ever had a seller reach out to me without me having to reach out to them. The items came very quickly and I’m incredibly pleased. I will be shopping with them in the future!

Beautiful and More than we imagined!
This was an Easter gift for our 3 year old. We were just hoping for something nice enough, and as it would be her first, and her interest and wants change so rapidly, we didn’t want to spend a fortune.She’s just asked for one several times lately, and this fit the “for a toddler” bill – cute, not too fancy or something that would be a huge loss if broken or interest was quickly lost, so not at all expensive.We got so much more than we thought for the price. The detail in the furniture was just lovely. The house assembled is really large and very pretty.Our only complaint was the directions. Worse than useless and the video was even more useless than the one sheet of paper “directions”. Skip that entirely. It took quite some time, but we just winged it and built it how we thought looked best. It worked out and our daughter absolutely loves it.I highly highly recommend this beautiful dollhouse, just be prepared to wing it when building!

Junk
This is junk. No written instructions- just a QR code to a video with no words. Also, you have to reverse the image in your mind. The instructional video is so poor it took me hours to build this. And, it has such poor integrity. The walls and floors are cardboard and easily come out. The railings don’t snap in well and easily fall off. My daughter has knocked them all off already and now the floors are starting to break and bend and warp. The rest is weak plastic and the whole structure wobbles and can easily break or fall apart. This is not the integrity of a toy for a child who wants to put it to good use. I would return it, but I can’t take it all apart and mail it back because that would require me to dissemble this thing, which is impossible to do as some of the parts actually don’t come apart easily. So, after a few weeks of use and several hours to build, the dollhouse is almost out of commission and a new one is needed to replace. Also, the lights don’t last long and there are no replacement options for battery. Just a couple more strands of lights. The lights are poorly made and flicker if you touch the switch box. One of the strings of lights was completely broken. The other 3 have already died and no more battery/lights.

It’s it stable? No. Will it stand the test of time? Probably not. Does it make sense? Not really. But your kids will love it for sure. I don’t agree with the pricing, Max this should be maybe 40 bucks. It took two hours to put together. You have to watch the video on the QR code to do it right. But a lot of the layouts didn’t make sense?? Like why is the bathroom outside in the pool? Idk I had to wing the walls lol but it is cute, it’s pretty big. Not hard to assemble just tedious. Lights are multicolored not a fan of that but still cute. The walls fall out quite a bit but hey who doesn’t like home renovations? The dolls it came with are bigger than some of the furniture and they are not pleasing to look at. I appreciate the attention to detail though. There’s furniture for every part of the house which is cool. I don’t regret buying it but I wish it were on sale when I did lol

Pretty cool but a little overpriced.
Overall I do like this dollhouse. I was extremely nervous when it arrived because I’m terrible at assembling things and the instructions were very vague. But, with a tad bit of common sense I actually figured it out pretty quickly. I had it assembled within an hour and for Me that means alot. If I can do it, anyone can!!! I bought it for my 2 girls to share. 2.5 and 4.5 year old. But it’s too small in the front for them both to kneel and be able to play inside the rooms. So, this is more of a single child play dollhouse in my opinion. Lastly, the price is a bit steep for what it is. I’m not that savvy with the general cost of dollhouses but I’d say it’s more worth about $60-$70. With all that said though I still like it.

Cute but VERY flimsy
I will start off by saying that this dollhouse is very cute. If it actually stayed together well it would be a wonderful purchase. As others have stated there are a lot of pieces and it does take a minute to put together. No big deal. What’s unfortunate though is once it’s put together, it falls apart very easily. The floors do not clip in in any way so they stick out of the corners constantly and they are just flimsy cardboard so if pushed on too hard they just buckle through. The walls slide in a little better but it’s the same issue. Younger kids can take this a part or accidentally break it VERY easily.Also, It came with two dolls but the two dolls were MASSIVE compared to the furniture. You can’t even use the dolls with the furniture. I had to order a separate set of dolls for my daughter to use with the house.It’s a cute house but it’s not sturdy enough for younger children for sure and I suspect even older children would have difficulty not accidentally breaking it. My advice is to spend the extra money for a different one.
