Paid $40. Five Star Doll House At That Price!
I purchased this when it was at a GREAT price around Thanksgiving – $40.59!!! At that price, it is definitely a 5 star purchase!If I had paid more than $60 for it, I would have docked a star.Ours didn’t come with people, so she uses some other figurines we have. I wasn’t expecting people included, so this is fine.LOVE:- All the furniture! I was a little girl once, and these extras are a big deal. Furniture is quality, has great details, and parts that open and close!- Style: Plastic/bright pink doll houses are not for me. This house is CUTE. Not flashy. adorable details.- Assembly. I was intimidated when I opened the box. TONS of pieces to put together! But I was so impressed with how easy it was. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The hardware was separated into little compartments, so you don’t have to sort them yourself and hope you are using the right screw. Love that the screws are colored so they blend with the part of the house you are using it on!!!! Took me a little under an hour, start to finish to put it all together.Don’t love:- it is particle board with paper stuck to it. So compared to the wood dollhouse I my grandfather made for me, it is not great quality. But we live in a time where most of us can only afford the mass-made-in-China dollhouse instead of the solid wood, handmade one. So for $40, this is hands-down the best deal I could have hoped for!- The refrigerator came with some wood peeled off the side. A few other pieces have smaller marks and scuffs as well. Will be contacting the seller to see if they can send a new refrigerator. will update here once I hear back. fingers cross for awesome customer service!Summary: My 2 year old LOVES it. I love that it is cute (vs flashy), the PERFECT size, easy to assemble, and that it was inexpensive.

I’m seriously impressed, I ordered a used, very good quality version of this house, there were little things sure a tiny gap between the second floor and the wall in one spot, the toilet toy it came with was broken, and the stairs were a little difficult to figure out at first I didn’t think they fit but fortunately I snapped them both into place and the whole thing fit together and it very sturdy, I can put my full weight on the second and third floor (I’m a smaller lady but still) and no bending or anything concerning, I think my 1 year old will love this and I feel safe giving it to him because it’s not tippy or bends with weight for the price (less than 50$) I am more than impressed it went together easy and I already planned on customizing and remodeling the furniture it came with so the toilet wasn’t a huge deal for me. For a pre-owned product I am very satisfied for any mom looking for a dollhouse to customize for their boy this is a great one to pick, furniture is all wood and seem safe even for kids who put things in their mouths they are big enough the choking hazard isn’t really something to be too concerned with it would take a lot to break one of these and choke on it. 10/10 purchase considering I didn’t want to break the bank to give my son a dollhouse that is good size but not 100% pink either this is a great color ratio and very workable.

This dollhouse is very sturdy and cute for the price. It is wood and mdf, not paperboard and plastic.It took 45 min to put together, instructions were very clear and everything was well labeled.Overall very happy with it for the price.-Use a short Philips head screwdriver if you have it as there are a couple tight spots for screws.-Peel the numbered stickers off slowly, they are not easy peel and will leave residue-Due to the nature of mdf, the corners are very fragile. A couple of the corners were damaged and print was peeling off but for the most part these areas were concealed by other parts so it wasn’t too bad-The stairs did not fit as shown in the instructions. Like at all. Not sure if mine were defective or if this is all kits, but I had to just lean them against the floors. They do not line up with the holes for the pegs and I don’t feel like making new holes and possibly damaging the mdf.

You definitely need a drill and maybe a second person to put this together. Also, leave some of your screws loose! When you get to the point of adding the pieces in the middle of the floors, you definitely need to have the floor above it loose. Super adorable a nice quality.

Ho acquistato questo prodotto perchè mia figlia aveva richiesto per Natale una casa per le bambole. Non volevo prenderne una di plastica che poi dopo poco di rompono. Così ho visto questa e mi piaceva. Lìarticolo è arrivato nei tempi previsti. Arriva smontata, ma le isrtruzioni sono facili e in poco tempo si monta. E’ bellissima con dei bei colori. Anche gli accessori sono fatti bene. Mia figia ci gioca tutti i giorni.
