He is oh so soft but if you wash him, he sheds. Fur gets on baby hands. And baby hands go in mouth. He is more for decoration for an infant. We put in grandson gift basket for Easter. Cute stuffy! It would be great for a kiddo that’s like 3+ that doesn’t put everything in their mouth. It’s a great snuggle size.
