This is a really nice product and I’ve been using it since my daughter was born on July 5th and it’s been really nice to not be stuck in one place with the pump plugged into the wall. The pump part has had some issues, but when I contacted Mom Cozy customer support and they issued me a new pump to replace it and I received it very quickly. Thank you Momcozy so much for making the process simple and being so friendly.

A Game-Changer for Multitasking Moms!
I absolutely love the Momcozy Breast Pump Hands-Free M5! Before using it, I watched a few YouTube videos of other moms demonstrating how to attach it correctly, which made it super easy to figure out. Once I got the hang of it, I found it simple to use despite having a few parts to assemble. It may seem overwhelming at first, but it’s straightforward once you know what goes where.This pump has been a lifesaver for me, especially since I feed my baby on demand. It’s been great for relieving engorgement when my baby takes longer naps. The size is decent, and the pump is easy to clean and sterilize, which is such a bonus. I haven’t used it outside of my home yet, but I’m eager to try it while running errands.The hands-free design makes it so convenient for multitasking. Whether I’m doing chores or just relaxing, it takes the stress out of having to sit for extended periods just to pump. It’s worth every penny and has definitely made my life easier as a busy mom. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable, efficient, and portable breast pump!

UPDATE: I did end up having an issue with the motors and suction of the pumps, but I contacted Momcozy’s customer support… they were very kind, helpful, easy to work with, and quick to respond. I really appreciated their assistance and was super pleased with their attention to my concerns or issues. Such a relief when you’re paying good money for pumps as a mommy already juggling a lot! Awesome job from that side of things! Despite any problems I might have had, keeping 5-stars for the service and reliability.—————————————————————As a first time mom, this is great! I am able to put these on while working, traveling, getting things done around the house, getting ready, etc. They are simple to use which is perfect for someone like me. I love that it has let down, suck, or mixed settings. Cleaning and assembly are really easy to do as well. The pours are at the top of the machine and though I’ve heard others having issues with it, I have not at all… I am just aware of them… I can only assume you’d have to bend over pretty far for it to be a problem. One piece of advice: be careful of the suction level… I went too high on my first attempt and it hurt… adjust to your preferred settings and make sure you’re comfortable. I think it also has an auto-off which is really handy when I forget or don’t watch my time. It seemed like the batteries did die a little fast, but I’ve only had to charge it once so that might not be the case (don’t have much to compare it to). Personally, I use this alongside my Spectra pump, though if you have no concerns, etc., I’m sure you could use it full time. The case is super nice and it comes with multiple sizes and two chargers, one for each pump. Honestly, that case was a huge win in my book! Very happy with the price and product! Recommend!
