Perfect for a working mom!
Currently one month into using this pump at work and I’m so glad I bought it. I currently pump for 15 minutes every 2 hours, about 5 times a day. The charge will last me about two full days with that schedule. Quick to charge, I only wish it came with a charging block but that was easy to purchase on my own. The momcozy app is really user friendly and I love that I can make my own pumping mode and literally just hit the button and the pumps do the rest. I feel like they empty my breasts just as well as my spectra pump. The only downside is that you still have to be careful about bending over or moving too much when you’re pumping, but that makes sense. Overall this portable pump is amazing and I would recommend to anyone wanting a more convenient, tube free pump!

Flanges break constantly for no reason.
Suction, output, noise level, and Bluetooth connection capabilities are great. What’s not great is that the prongs that holds the collection cup to the flange has broken THREE times in 3 months! The first time, I did a replacement through Amazon. The second time, I decided that Momcozy needed to know about and have documentation of the issue, so I reached out to support. They were quick to respond and got me a new flange sent out…in the wrong size (27 instead of 24, did not include a 24mm insert). So now I have a new flange, in the wrong size with no way to make it the right size and my nipple is paying the price (cracked & extremely sore). As an exclusive pumper, I would 0/10 recommend this pump solely based on this issue. Between caring for a newborn and raising a toddler, I do not have time to go back and forth with chat support and wait on a new flange (in the wrong size) every couple of weeks.

Faulty motor
I first wanna start by saying I fell in love with this pump. It worked amazing and was easy to assemble. I’m leaving one star because I was in the middle of a pump session tonight. 12 minutes in and the pump on my left side just died started making this low clicking noise and when I googled it it said if there’s no section and it makes that clicking noise, then the motor has died. I am so upset because this was so convenient but I haven’t even had it that long. Might I have gotten about 360 ounces out of both pumps together. I am so disappointed it is not worth the money for something like this to have happened. 😭😭😭Edit: I talked to customer support and the immediately sent me a 2 new pumps! 🙏 🩷 Thank you Thank you Thank thank you! Save your money – Cheap!
Super cheap material! As a second time exclusive pumping mom I cannot recommend this product. Save yourself the headache! Us moms already have so much on our plates that replacing pump parts every 6 weeks should not be one of them!In less than 3 months I’ve already had to replace almost every part except the motor and containers. I actually purchased a second set of items so that I could prolong the life and even still I’ve had to replace each of them. I’m currently on vacation and experiencing another broken flange (my third one!). So now I have to pump one boob at a time for the next 6 weeks! I promise I handle the items with care, I’ve had my other pumps work very well and for long periods of time.I give this 2 stars because I like that it comes with a carrying case and second set of milk container plus the app is neat to help tracking.

Perfect until the button stopped working .
I loved these until the button broke on one of them . It just stopped working which was extremely unfortunate because they are not the cheapest things out there. I did love the app because I could control the settings through my phone. Unfortunately you can’t turn them on and off through the app though … which is why i can’t use them anymore.

Worth It, I Promise
Edit edit: ok, I’m back. I’ve been using this pump for about three months now, so I think I’m finally at a place to write a thorough review.So like I said, I bought this product and 10 days later the motor on one of the pumps crapped out. No suction, just a clicking noise. I’ll give them this though, their customer service is excellent. They responded to my request for a replacement on the same day, and about 6 days later I had a new pump.So far the motors in my second one work fine, BUT, one of the plastic pieces on the second pump broke off, so the suction no longer worked. So I went and pulled out my broken pump and replaced it with one of the pieces from the first one.Five days after that, one of the motors on the second pump also died, so I fished out the working motor from my first pump and switched it with the busted motor from the second.After all that, I’m now 8 weeks past that incident and so far nothing has died or broken off.So yeah, the pump has it’s issues, one motor dying twice is crazy work, and a lot of the plastic pieces feel cheaply made.Despite it all, I’m giving this four stars because I probably wouldn’t have continued breastfeeding had I not had a handless pump. They also deserve credit for their customer service. This is the only hands free pump I’ve tried, if something again breaks I’ll probably try the willow or Elvie, but I have friends with each of those brands as well and they complain of similar issues.Edit: motor died 10 days later, they’re sending a replacementSat in my cart for so long wondering if it was worth it, and so glad I finally pulled the trigger. Worth every penny and then some. I was struggling with my supply because I hardly had time to pump after returning to work, and this can easily be used at work, driving, and while moving around. It’s discrete enough to wear around with a sweatshirt without attracting a lot of attention. The only downsides I’ve seen are that you can’t bend all the way 90 degrees, or lie down flat, and if you do it may leak slightly, but even then it’s really not that bad. I wear it while napping, driving, and in my office but I wouldn’t necessarily wear it around people because while it can’t be noticeably seen, you can definitely hear it. Some people complain about the parts to clean, but to me it really wasn’t that bad, just use some dish soap and hot water, then I just stick it in my sanitizer with all the baby bottles, not terribly time consuming in my book.
