This is quite special for an inexpensive light show. I got this to add lighting for a photo booth at a party. It is really pretty with a choice of red, purple, blue or green lights, or all colors together. You can use the star dome, or the underwater dome or the clear dome. The light can be still, blink slowly or quickly and can rotate too. Really a lot ofvariety for $10. I do see that the pictures are fuzzy but if you can elevate the light to about 3 feet from the ceiling you will get much clearer pictures of the sea creatures and stars. The included cord is about 3′ long so I ordered a 10’cord and set the light on top of a bookcase. This unit does not have a remote and I haven’t figured out a timer function. I just unplug it from my computer to shut it off. This is a great product for a really low price. It is about 6″ wide at the widest part 4″ at the bottom and about 5″ high. It has a solid stable base and is not tiny like so many of the others in this price range that are not even 3″s around. I will update in 6 months to see how long it lasts. Even if you get just a year it is so worth it. I can see why kids would just love this, and would be upset if it stopped working.For this price buy 2! I suggest if you have to replace one keep the domes and get another with different themed domes. They seem to be interchangable for many different brands, I saw sets for sale for $11. There were dinosaurs, sharks, more detailed constellations, unicorns, butterflies and fairies. A really amazing fun light!

Baby loves it!
Bought for my 2 month old when I saw she loved looking at shows during night feeds. She LOVES this. The brightness is great for us as a night light. I’ve nit used the battery option, we keep it plugged in. The quality is great for the price. I wish the slit where you change the image was tighter because sometimes the light bulb light shines through it. But I’m shipping this to a pregnant friend in New Zealand for her baby

Fun while it lasted
My son loved this nightlight unfortunately not even a year after I purchased it has started flashing and not working. My little boy has been so upset that his “ocean light” isn’t working anymore.

If you’re thinking about buying it then buy it! I decided to take a chance on this one since it was more affordable than others that i saw. I love that it comes with two different themes, the ocean and stars themes. We used the ocean one during bath time and my baby loved it. The colors are super bright and i love that it has the moving option so it moves all around the room. Totally recommend! Great price and does the same that another one for more money would.

Lasted about 1.5 months
At first, this was exactly what we were looking for. My son loved it. It was cute. Loads of options.Less than 2 months later, only the red light works and the motor for the rotation gets stuck and jumps often.Also, there isn’t a timer option with this product.I would love to return it for a refund but we are beyond the time frame. Admittedly, this is the first time I’ve reached out. Perhaps the seller will correct the situation and I’ll post an update in another month after using it enough to ensure it was a fluke.My current opinion is to avoid this product if you plan on using it for more than an hour a night or if you’re looking for one with a timer. It won’t last.

Dramatic yet soothing night light
This was a gift for my granddaughter. She uses it every night and it has been helpful in getting her to quiet down and go to sleep. This is the 2nd one bought from this seller. Even though the first one is still running well, it’s showing signs of wear (she drags it from room to room, it’s not a toy but it’s been treated like one) so I thought we’d better have a back-up for if and when the first one wears out, and she is thrilled to now have two of these!

I really like this gadget. It has a lot of colour options and even a day mode. We got it for our 1 yr old and it definitely helps her sleep- I even find it relaxing. Only 2 shade choices but they are nice and clear. My only dislike is it works on battery or usb … there is no charge option so where it can be placed is limited. Otherwise, I’ve already gifted one to a family friend.

I purchased 2 lights, different colours in Oct 2024 for my girls bedrooms. They use them every night and they love looking at the moving creatures, shapes and colours. We were very happy, AT FIRST.A couples months in, one started to make a bit of a squeek noise as it turned. Not a huge deal but itbwas liud enough that when it started my daughter got out of bed to ask what that sound was.Now 6 months later both of our lights are having malfunctions with the lights when in most settings. We pretty much just have to keep them still with no turning feature and on a specific light setting.Yes my girls loved them at first and we were very happy. They should last more then 6 months though.I would not buy these again because of this
