Love it but…
We absolutely love this machine. I bought three total star projection machines and this one was the best one. The PROS: Great color options (pink is an option), 3 slightly different star modes, there is a timer function on the remote, super easy to use the nebula and star options. The music …yeah, I don’t understand that. I just don’t touch those buttons. The CONS: It makes a brief sound when you turn it on (I really hate that), also the green laser that is used to project the stars is SO bright, if the projector is on a table lower than eye level (such as a nightstand) it will catch your eye and it is uncomfortable. Blinding almost. We bought it for use in a child’s room and fortunately the room has a shelf high near the ceiling so we placed it up there and tilted it on a book so it reflects the nebula and stars in the direction we want. Because it is so high the bright laser is out of sight so our eyes are safe. We absolutely adore it. The stars are pretty and the nebula is gorgeous. It add the dreamy/star effect we were hoping for.

Bought one for each of my boys
They both love it ages 4/13 haven’t used the sound. My teen changes the colors all the time and my 4 yr old uses a mellow blue it for a night light! It’s quite Impressive my husband wanted one for himself said its calming!!! Quality is good, easy to set, great buy.

Perfect nightlight
My daughter was experiencing some trouble staying asleep. She has been waking up multiple times at night 😵💫 so we decided to try a cool nightlight to ease any scariness. This is her first night and i can gladly say she only woke up once to use the bathroom. The only thing i can say i wish was different is it would be nice to be able to turn the brightness a bit down. Hope this review helps others

Broken out of the box
This was one of the Santa presents to our 3yr old daughter. She likes star gazers and this was supposed to be a special night light from Santa himself. It turned on and the lights looked nice for about 30 seconds and then shut off. It continued to do this no matter the setting every time we turned it on. It’s junk and had our 3 yr old questioning why Santa’s toys don’t work. Would no purchaseUpdate: The seller contacted us and offered to replace the broken unit free of charge. Our daughter has been using it nonstop for a week now and there hasn’t been any issues. Good on the seller for quick and polite customer service. Thanks guys, hopefully this unit lasts

Everyone loves it
I got this for my prek classroom. It was a nice addition to the day when everyone would lay down on the carpet and have a little down time watching the colors changing. We all loved it. Now I sometimes use it with my nieces and nephew for their bday parties. You can also connect it to bluetooth or play the sounds they provide on the device. It’s fun and easy to use.

Soothing
Our teen loves this for a nightlight. The different light display settings are lovely and the Bluetooth connects well to play music from your phone. Also, the toddler knocked the whole unit off of a dresser and with a little patience I was able to successfully piece the parts back together for full functionality again with zero issues! I feel like that’s a rarity when it comes to reasonably priced electronics. Definitely recommend.

Really Enjoy the Lights
I bought this for some mood lighting in my room and I love how it looks. It’s relaxing and the color options are nice. It projects straight up, so it will perform best closer to the middle of the room. It looks fine from my nightstand, just doesn’t cover as much area as it could.My only complaint is the cord is sensitive. Sometimes slightly touching it can make the whole thing turn off. I’ll update this review if the power supply stops working.Also, I misread description and thought this had built-in white noise. It can connect to Bluetooth and has an insert for a TF card, but this one doesn’t have its own noise. That’s my fault for not paying attention.

Use with caution.
So I’ve gone back and forth on whether I wanted to write this review as I’m a little embarrassed by what I’m about to write.I bought this for my daughters 1st birthday. The first night we plugged it in in our room (she still sleeps with us) and we’re laying down watching movies.I get up to go use the restroom and when I come back in the room one of the green laser (stars) goes directly across my left eye.Before you laugh just know I had it pointed away from us and tilted towards the ceiling, but the spectrum it creates is somewhat like a grid. I couldnt stand up without seeing lasers everywhere.Although the laser is not strong enough to cause permanent damage (with short amount of contact) it will cause issues if it hits you directly in the eyes. And I’m lucky it was me and not my daughter.I’ve visited my eye doctor around 4 times since this happened two months ago. After it happened I was super sensitive to light and any type of glare and it would cause terrible migraines (not usually a problem I deal with). And it took well over a month for me to heal.I’m lucky this wasn’t more serious honestly.And due to be being an adult and making this mistake I couldn’t help but think what if that happened to my daughter!?This is essentially why I decided to write this.This “toy” is marketed for children, and I just want all parents to be informed before purchasing this item.It’s a very cool projector but just not worth the risk in the long run.We returned ours and bought a moon light instead.

It is Awesome, my daughter loves it. We love it too! The lights reach really far and are super bright and pretty, plus they can be dimmed so it helps with night time not being so stimulating. ( Video is from the left near the wall so is cut off a bit, so doesn’t show the full effect and quite how wide of an area it covers. It is fantastic )The speaker isn’t great granted but we didn’t buy it for that feature it was just an additional we didn’t need. I have multiple bluetooth speakers. It works well at low volume but keep it at low to mid max! Otherwise it crackles.
