Enjoyable for our baby
Our little girl loves watching this thing. She was having a meltdown and immediately stopped when I turned it on for her. It’s a little brighter than I expected but not so much that I’m concerned for our kid. The song is repetitive but it’s not for my enjoyment. I have not tried it on carpet but would imagine it would have some issues. The movement is nice that it doesn’t get stuck in a corner.

Awesome toy but sound is ANNNNNOYING
My kids (2y/o and a 4 month old) love this thing. It lights up the whole room. They don’t understand how it moves. It makes tummy time last longer with my 4 month old.But it is sooooooo annoying. Trust me when I say this because I have about 500 kids toys and have never left a review like this. It plays a song LOUDLY and it repeats around every 5 seconds. There’s no way to mute it or turn the volume down. We had to pretend the toy was broken so my 2 y/o would stop asking to play with it.

So cute & very bright..
I bought this for my grandson & he loves it. I love that it comes with a piece that makes it so it just stays in 1 place. It’s also not a rocket of a toy it has a nice slower pace to it. The lights are very bright, so bright we have to watch that it doesn’t stay pointed at his eyes for 2 long. The music is also not terrible. It’s a fun little guy & my grandson absolutely loves it, so in turn, so do I.

Toddlers adore!
My toddler had one of these and played with it so much her broke it so I bought another. It’s loud and very distracting as you cannot adjust the volume but he plays with it all the time.

Close but wrong in a few ways
I’ll start by saying that we love toys like this and have several moving song playing toys. This one looked so promising with the lights and it is very cute but it misses the mark on a couple places. I’ll say my 1-year-old loves it regardless. It’s just the rest of us that are suffering. First, the lights are too bright. I didn’t think I would have that complaint but it is blinding in daylight. Second, it doesn’t play a song. It only plays a 6-second tune on repeat non-stop. And the volume it plays it at is eardrum shattering. But I guess all of those problems might be self-correcting if you use it for a while because you’ll end up blind and deaf, though the 6-second repetition will probably make you crazy before that point. Granted that’s a common complaint for children’s toys, at least the volume part, but the repetition is a lot even for a toy for a very young child.

Good toy for tummy time!
Great toy for tummy time! Can move or be stationary, plays the “goatherd” song from The Sound of Music very fast while the snail lights up. My husband is sick of it after a week but baby loves it!

I purchased for my niece as my friend’s daughter has one and she seems to love it. Toy it self is noisy and has bright lights, which most little ones enjoy, but maybe not their parents lol.Unfortunately, the toy I received was clearly returned. When unboxing I noticed it has multiple scuff marks on it and doesn’t appear to be in new condition. I haven’t put batteries in it yet, so I’m unsure if it’s in working condition.I find it frustrating that some of my Amazon purchases appear to be previously opened and sometimes even used products. It’s nice that Amazon makes many of their returns no hassle, but I’m thinking some customers take advantage of this and are returning products they’ve used.
