It only worked for a half hour!!!!!
I am amending my review. I finally was in contact with the company. My fault not theirs. They gave me several solutions and stood behind their product. They gave me a refund and made the experience very easy. It ran for a half hour then the back wheel seized up and it won’t turn. I am trying to return it but there is no email or phone for the company. They want me to pay to ship it back even though it is defective. I need some coustomer service and there is no way to contact anyone

Big Hit
Got this for my 3-year-old twins’ birthday, and I must say it was a big hit. It’s easy for them to ride it, it’s the right size and it makes them feel very independent. The two speeds are perfect; one prefers to go slower, and one likes the faster speed. My one-and-a-half-year-old grandson can even ride it without assistance. It’s easy to assemble, read the direction for connecting the charging port we were charging it and nothing was happening until we realized that there’s a connection under the seat.

Check out as soon as possible
The bike was easy to assemble and great for a 5 year old. Unfortunately I bought this as a gift and for personal reasons, my nephew was never able to ride it until this week. Bike charged and was able to use twice. Bike completely stopped working. Turns on as if charging but it doesn’t move. And since it’s been a while since purchased it’s unfortunate we never tested sooner. Since it was never used I’m more than determined we were sold a defective bike. The back wheel doesn’t have movement whatsoever. Please make sure you check out your back as soon as possible.

It’s Decent
This bike was nice. It has a eecent speed and holds up. However, it takes hours and hours to charge BUT the battery only last about 45 minutes. Total bumber! I don’t know why these little motor bikes ,jeeps, scooters, and so forth have SO LITTLE enjoyment time. Some these things take 18 hours for the first charge and 14 for a recharge….smh.Anyway, other than thecharge time and battery life, it’s fun to ride….for 45 minutes. The child only gets to enjoy it 45 minutes per day because it’ll be the day before the battery is recharged.

Bought this for my grandson almost one year ago. He lives on a farm so it gets driven cross country on the farm. Best money I have ever spent. I wish it had an odometer on it.

Worked for 5 mins before stalling out.Update!!!Seller’s communication in regards to THEIR defective product is atrocious. They wanted ME to pay to have it repaired locally, oppose to replacing or refunding me. Crazy. JUST CALL YOUR BANK, you will literally get nowhere with them! I’m reporting them to Amazon as well!Update: another rep contacted me after my review and offered to replace my bike free of charge. The replacement bike works great! I appreciate the SECOND rep. The whole process was subpar and ultimately ruined my sons Christmas nonetheless.
