This is a cute set for a birthday. It’s not the best quality but acceptable for the price. The shirt feels like a cotton material. It has cute ruffle detail. The font is very odd and none of the ‘circles’ meet on the letters. So it’s difficult to read. The tag for the 5/6 size says 130. My nearly 5 year old normally wears size 120. So this is probably closer to a size 6. But it’s not overly large. She’s 43 inches/40 pounds.The skirt is okay for a birthday party but not great quality. It’s has a thin lining in a cotton feel material. And then one layer of tulle with the polka dots. It’s fun for young kids. But not great. For a $20 set, it’s acceptable.I didn’t receive a headband.

We got so many complements on our little girls birthday outfit. The material of the shirt was well made, the material of the skirt felt fragile. We washed the outfit before use in delicates cycle and in a protective garment bag. The skirt came out very wrinkled but no holes were found, so she was still able to use it for her birthday. The shirts color was still vibrant and well intact. The material of both garments where soft on our little girls skin. We used a steamer to get the skirt back into its proper shape. In all she looked amazing in her outfit was was very comfortable in it as well. Till this day she likes to throw it on due to the skirt, we just have to steam after washing it in order for it to lay right.
