Love this bike! It arrived well packaged and all parts intact. It was very easy to put together alone and in just a couple minutes. I love the backer options for my little one as well as the fun light up wheels. Our soon to be two year old will be getting it as a gift for Christmas. Overall very pleased with this bike!

Bought this super cute adorable and affordable bike for my granddaughter and she loved it. It was super easy to assemble too, the quality of the bike is very nice. The basket for storage is also very cute as they can put their little toys in there too. She loved how the lights light up on the tires, you can also adjust the seat as needed.

Super cute, but missing push buttons and loose on connecting forks
It is super cute and easy to put together, but the back 2 push buttons to attach the basket are missing and the button where the rear fork and front fork connect is loose and now I can’t take it apart. I’m hoping customer service will see this, and give me some advice so I can return it for a new one.

Poor Manufacturing check plastic bike,
Weak, and unstable. I purchase a month ago for my two year granddaughter it weak and wobbling. Only 30 day return. I live in different state from granddaughter I’m just getting a chance to see her attempt to ride and as I teaching her I’m noticing the weakness in the frame causing the bike to tilt sideways. I need a refund

My 3yr old granddaughter and us as a family really like this bike. She is having fun.
I can’t believe when I see that this is listed as “frequently returned”. I think people are just too lazy to put something together, that is awfully quick and easy to do. We bought this for our 3 yr old granddaughter. She absolutely loves it. She rides around on it thinking she is a butterfly. One day while being in for a nap she decided to “decorate it” with bluey stickers. It doesn’t look half bad. LOL. Anyway, it is a good bike for her age. The seat and handlbars raise 3 sizes so depending on age, height and weight, as long as under 77lbs your child will be fine. I find it hard to believe a child of this young an age would be using a bike this size if they even were close to that weight. All the parts were included, no issues in building the bike and took my son half the time they quoted. All was in perfect condition. The bike is a perfect introduction to getting those little legs pumping. Both my son and DIL love to ride bikes and hope to take her to the park in the future when she is older to ride the trails. For now her little toddler body is getting used to it around the house and out in the driveway and car port. The bike is well made in our opinion and we are happy with this purchase. I/WE highly recommend it.
