The material is decent and not flimsy. It was adorable for my baby’s first day of PreK outfit!!

The skirt itself is very cute, the under layer is a soft thickish fabric that feels nice on the skin and and elastic is nice and streachy. There was a stray thread on the been but it can be shipped off. The headband is not even worth mentioning, it is lumpy, poorly made and looks a bit bizarre on, personally I would just get rid of it and use just the skirt.
