I’m so grateful I got these compresses because the breast pain during postpartum was intense. But thanks to them, I was able to soothe the pain, relax, and even sleep better.I love that they can be used hot or cold, depending on your needs. They are an absolute must-have for postpartum recovery and also work great if you experience breast pain during your period.Highly recommended! I don’t know what I would have done without them.

Great product
Fantastic product!!! Great for surgery or child birth or any reason you need them with a dual purpose of being able to be hot or cold. I like the shape and the softer side really helps as it stays cold but is much gentler on the skin. Love this product and would definitly recommend.

Great for relief
They heat up and cool but I was still unable to keep the mastitis away. I blame my pump for the mastitis. These did offer some relief until I was able to get medicine to heal.

These gel packs are a lifesaver for breastfeeding mamas! They’re so versatile – hot for clogged ducts and cold for engorgement. The plush covers are soft and comfortable against your skin, and the packs stay flexible even when frozen. They’ve been a huge help in managing discomfort and keeping my milk supply flowing smoothly. Works GREAT
These were used after surgery and did the job! They stay cold a long time and are easy to use. The directions say don’t leave in freezer for a long time. But I do and they work great!!!!

Does the trick
I will say for some reason I thought these came with a cover, which they do not. One side is plush and the other is not. Overall though they still seem pretty good, only downside is the plush side sheds quite a bit which I’m sure with use will ease up but might be a deal breaker for most
