The fabric is soft. It fits my 4.5 month old perfectly! Hard to read the word valentine on the dress as the tutu covers majority of it. It washed and dried well. Was a perfect first Valentine’s Day outfit! Daughter was voted “best dressed” at daycare wearing this outfit!
