It’s hard to find appropriate valentine shirts for a 5 year old boy but this is was a hit! Great for the price I paid. My son and his friends loved touching the shirt and making the truck change. I washed it on gentle cycle and it held up great

Cute, but hard to manipulate
There are not enough sequenced shirts that are designed with construction vehicles. Whether for a boy or a girl, this thing is adorable! I was so happy to receive it in time for Valentines Day this year. It fits as expected, is of quite high quality material that feels like it will wear well, and it brings a little bit of magic to my son’s wardrobe. However, the sequence that are supposed to change from red to gold are extremely stiff and cannot be turned over. Thus, the magical effect of sequence that change color depending on their orientation is completely lost on this shirt. As I was really excited to gift my son his first “color changing shirt” I was deeply disappointed in this shortcoming.

Perfect for Valentine’s Day
This shirt is perfect for my son for Valentine’s Day. He loves construction vehicles and red is his favorite color, so I knew he would love this shirt for Valentine’s Day. He is 4 and it fits him just as expected. I like how it has long sleeves since it’s been pretty cold lately. It has sequins on the shirt so I hung it up to dry after I washed it, just in case it would mess up the sequins.
