I absolutely love the Willow Portable Breastmilk Cooler! This cooler has solved my biggest pumping challenge: safely transporting milk during a long commute and keeping it cold all day at work. I appreciate that I only need to take one container to work—it simplifies packing so much and completely eliminates the stress of figuring out refrigeration on the go.Not only is it incredibly functional, but it’s also cute! I love the modern, sleek design. I own all three colors and enjoy being able to mix and match the pieces, which adds a fun touch to my pumping gear. It also holds a fantastic amount of milk, which is essential for a full day away from home.The thoughtful design extends to maintenance, too. I love this product! The Willow Portable Breast Milk Cooler has been a game-changer for me as a working mom who’s always on the go. Its sleek, water-bottle-like design is not only discreet but also super practical, fitting perfectly in my car’s cup holder and the Willow Pump Anywhere Bag. With a 16 oz capacity, it easily holds milk from 3-4 pumping sessions, and it truly keeps the milk cold all day—up to 24 hours below 59°F, just as promised, meeting CDC and ABM guidelines. The stainless steel construction feels durable, and I appreciate the non-toxic gel ice pack built into the lid, which keeps things mess-free without needing extra ice. It’s also TSA-compliant, making travel a breeze, and being dishwasher-safe (except for the ice pack) makes cleanup simple.The only thing that would make it better would be if it had a pour spout. Transferring milk can be a bit tricky without one, especially when I’m in a rush. I’ve also heard some users mention issues with the ice pack cracking if not frozen properly, but I’ve had no problems so far by following the 8-12 hour freezing instructions.

Holds safe temperature for 12+ hours, and easy to clean
Size is perfect for my full 8 hour work day of pumping, and temperature holds for over 12 hours. I’ve dropped it a few more times than I care to admit and the only damage has been minimal denting and tiny specks of paint chipped off. Great ease of cleaning, as the ice pack never touches the reservoir holding the milk. Very functional cooler, worth the money!

Warning, do not purchase from Willow
Terrible. The worst customer service I have experienced in 30 years. I have reached out on two separate occasions asking for help on product failures and have received zero support. I have been loyal to this brand and Willow products, relying on them in my journey through motherhood I have spent over a thousand dollars with this company, just for two of your products to fail in under 8 months, and all I was offered was $10 off. I will absolutely be sharing my very unfortunate experiences with Willow to every expecting mother I know. Not only did this cooler randomly crack in the freezer after a few months of use, my Willow 360 (both pumps) started cracking and falling apart. Truly devastating leaving me to scramble to find a replacement pump since Willow would not stand by their products.

Totally worth it
This has been a life saver. Things would have been so much easier when I had my first child a decade ago if I had had this. I have to go between building for work sometimes, and this allows me to bring my pumped milk around with me and not have to rely on the communal freezer in one building. It keeps the milk cold, it’s easy to clean, and it’s durable. I initially worried about how the lid screws on, but I haven’t had a single problem yet, and I’ve used it five days a week for three months. It’s worth it.

Good product, but one flaw.
Thermos is great and keeps the milk cold. The sleek design is nice as well. I use it for work to keep my milk cool all while also picking my son up from day care. It also fits great in the car and travels well. I debated between this cooler and the Momcozy one, but the price of this one made me go with it and overall I have found it to be a great purchase at a great price. I was extremely disheartened to find the ice pack cracked on day 2 of using the thermos. I still used it, as the ice crack wasn’t too bad and there was nothing leaking from the ice pack, but today when I took the ice pack out of the freezer, it looked like the picture. Exchanging the product was super simple, though and I should get my new one tomorrow!

Perfect for keeping breastmilk cool while at work.
This was perfect for storing my breast milk while I was at work. It kept the milk cold for the entire 8 hour shift and more! (when I forgot to put the milk in the freezer for a few hours) Never had a leak! Just a heads up… there are three peices: the ice pack uncrews and can be placed in the freezer, the “lid” (where the handle is connected) is where the ice pack screws into and that will unscrews to the actual cooler part.
