Great quality! It came with directions for sizing that were easy to follow and helped me find my fit. The inserts are easy to clean and put in and take out of my pump. I’ve always despised pumping because it was uncomfortable and made me sore afterwards. I was using the 24mm flange that came with my pump until a lactation specialist suggested these. Turns out I needed a much smaller size flange.Finding the right size helped with pumping pain and increased my milk output!If this honest review helped make your decision, please mark it helpful!

So glad I bought these!
Perfect for both my Zomee and Medela pumps. I like that there is a huge variety in sizes, and each set is labeled both in the packaging and on the product itself, so it is easy to find which one you need. Sizing can vary throughout one’s breastfeeding journey, so I liked being able to try a range of sizes.My only recommendation is to make the size on the product a little easier to see.

Great set, includes several sizes and the measuring sheet. If you plan on pumping these are a must as you really need to have a flange that fits to make your pumping experience positive! The right flange size will get you more milk, as it’ll provide a better fit around the nipple and make it more comfortable. Pumping kits usually don’t come with multiple flange sizes and instead come with a larger flange that doesn’t fit the majority of woman.
