A very creative and fun toy for toddlers with and without supervision
I originally bought this toy for my 2 year old students. I am a special instructor for early intervention. I now gifted a set to my 2year old granddaughter. This is wonderful for learning shapes, colors, sorting and building. It’s especially fun for parents too as it really helps with creativity and imagination. I highly recommend this set, especially when you want to limit screen time for your children!!

clever 3D building
My kids 2 to 6 all enjoy these, and I appreciated the picture guide as I wasnt sure how to play with them myself. They are sturdy too.

Colors are not as pictured
I was excited when I found these because they looked like a small set I found in 2nd hand store a few years ago that the kids love. But I’ve searched high and low and can’t even find that brand’s name on the internet.The first thing we did when these arrived today is to see if they fit with the other set, and they do! So they are a win for us. The plastic is a little lower quality, but I think that actually makes it more flexible and easier for the smaller kids to put them together.But as a stand alone set, I am very disappointed. The picture of the product shows all fun, bright colored pieces. Nearly 25% of the pieces in our set are black.There are: 17 black, 16 orange, 16 yellow, 9 red, 8 green, 6 blue, and 4 purple pieces.All of the curves and straight pieces are blue, black, and green, and there aren’t even that many of them. These are the shapes that would be used for arms and legs in people and animals, so to have so few and then in all dark colors takes away some of the fun. You can see in my picture the breakdown of colors and shapes.There is a paper included with ideas, and they are all really cute. But they are all made with a fun mixture of bright colors (not a single black piece) and not a single one can be made from the selection of pieces we have. And it’s not just the colors that are wrong, some examples use more of certain shapes than are even in the set, all colors combined. I won’t be giving that paper to the kids.I do love that this set comes in it’s own little bin that actually closes securely.I think this toy is well made and the kids love playing with them. But the random (?) selection of shapes and colors really falls short
