We bought 3 of these desks. In one of the boxes the bag holding the screws had come open and dented the top of the desk in multiple places. I emailed the company through the Amazon refund option and the company offered me a partial refund. I told them I’d really prefer a new desktop instead because I really love the desks, I just wasn’t happy with the dents considering the kids will be writing on them and the dents could be a problem. They were very quick to respond and told me they were sold out but if I would be okay with a slight wait they could make that happen. I told them I was okay with that. Within a few days they emailed me to let me know they had them in stock and were shipping me a new desk. It came within a few days and was in perfect shape. I don’t know if the bad reviews are dealing with the same company as me or if they just wrote a review without talking to the company first to get a resolution but I’m telling you, I had a great experience with this company and I would absolutely buy from them again. The desks are awesome, my very tall 12 year old down to my tiny 6 year old can use them comfortably. I even use them regularly when I’m writing out my lesson plans and I’m 5′ 5″. We love the storage, the desks themselves and the chairs are very sturdy. I’m glad I took the chance and overlooked a few bad reviews.

Great Value for Money
I bought 5 of these for our microschool. The students assembled them very easily. Size was just right for middle schoolers or elementary students. Great value for your money. My students say the chairs are comfortable. Instructions were easy to follow, that even kids were able to assemble. Good quality and height, screw holes aligned correctly, all parts were sent. I would buy these again.

My desktop arrived with a potentially dangerous flaw along the edge. After communicating with the company, I sent a photo of the damaged area. The company went above and beyond to send me a new desk. I received a new desk that had a flawless desktop. The desk is exactly what I expected for a child’s desk. I would purchase more items from this company.

Took time to fix it but is ok. You can adjust the height. My 6yrs old son loves to do his homework and colouring on the desk.
