Have Had for 4 Years and stillWorks great!
For being an inexpensive monitor, this has worked VERY well for us. We’ve had this since my daughter was 2 and she’s now 6, almost 7. Her room is on the other side of the house and she still struggles to stay in her own room all night. This is so helpful so she doesn’t feel totally alone and it gives me peace of mind that she can call for me if she needs me. The sound is clear, it connects easily, I would say the only downside is how lightweight it is, it tends to fall over easy, but that never bothered me.

Great little monitor with excellent sound quality.
I got this to use when I was caring for my elderly mother. Her bedroom was on a different level than the one I was sleeping in and I needed to hear if she got up in the night on her own. This monitor worked just great. It’s got great sensitivity too, and picked up any sound in her room- even when her dog was on the floor scratching his ears. It was super easy to set up and to operate. The remote I had on my end I could take anywhere in the house with me and hear my mom from wherever I was. Exactly what we wanted and needed. If you just want a “sound” monitor and not visual as well, this one works great.

Reliable – 15 months and going strong
We have left this on constantly for nearly 15 months and it still works perfectly!!! Seriously, almost the only time we’ve turned it off was when we went on vacation for a week. The rest of the time, it’s been on and plugged in 24/7. I’m so impressed. Only complaint is that when you turn it on, it has a very loud warning about not placing it close to your kid. Hence why we never turn it off, lol. It lasts like 3-6 hours not plugged in and I’ve even taken it across the street.

Great mic sensitivity. Battery life is so so
For the price, you cannot go wrong with this monitor. We bought it to place in the bathroom while our aging mom is showering. If she needs us, we can hear her calling us. The mic is very sensitive. This is a good thing. We can even hear her breathing (and humming sometimes). We can hear when the water is shut off, so we know when she’s done and about to come out. The quality of the cases is very good. We’ve dropped them several times and no issues. We are not so impressed with battery life. We have it on for maybe 30 minutes at a time and we have to charge the receiver after several uses. It’s not a deal breaker, but we just have to make sure we charge it frequently. Perhaps another issue related to the battery – there is a light that glows red when charging. However, even after 12 hours of charging the light is still red. I would think it should turn green like nearly all other items you need to charge. Nope, this charging light NEVER glows green! So, how do we know when the receiver is completely charged? We don’t!

Great value, but get video if you need it or can afford it
Fantastic value for money. Been using it 7 months. We can even hear our baby when we’re across the street visiting neighbors if we put the receiver right next to the window facing our house. If the monitor loses connection, it beeps. The audio is staticky but who really cares? The little murmurs, disgruntled barks, and outright wailing come through and are easy to distinguish.The adults in the house take shifts and pass the receiver around. For short shifts we keep the receiver unplugged. For long ones we plug it in for the next person, if that person is asleep. The transmitter is always plugged in near her crib.My only note is that as she grows older I kind of wish I’d spent the money on a more sophisticated monitor with video so I can see how much she’s woken up and is flailing around. This wasn’t so important when she was younger and her wake-ups were less complicated.So, my advice: this monitor is great as is, but if you have the money to spend on a better monitor now, or have a baby who can often go back to sleep on their own (but you need to read their visual cues to make an informed guess), get one with video.

Simple product that works great.
Absolutely great product. Simple to use, great audio quality on the mic & speaker, and you can easily clip it to a belt or something if you are walking around. Also has a rechargeable battery on the speaker, so you won’t be replacing batteries if you are using it in portable mode. Not worth getting a complex solution for a simple problem that was solved a long time ago, this is everything you need. Extremely happy with my purchase.

Great for crate training a puppy
We are using this monitor for crate training our new puppy and it’s just what we needed! One piece has to be plugged in to work and that’s the one that goes next to her crate. The other piece can be charged and clipped onto your clothes. The crate is in a room upstairs where we might not hear Sadie if she cries. This gives us the peace of mind to close the door so she can rest well while still hearing if she’s crying for us. The price is great! We had previously purchased a set that cost more than twice as much but didn’t work.

Worked for 3 days and stopped working !! I dont understand why its not workingI have tried to contact the service email also tried to contact the company .. no response … I have used it for 2 nights in a row.. Not user friendly also the sound was very low .. I kept it charging for 3 nights still didn’t work .. I dont recommend it its waste of money ..

This is one of the worst products ever. I tried connecting it only today as I was not at home and as soon as I plugged it in, there was a short burst and smoke started coming out of the adapter. And since I am a day late, I’m unable to return it.

I definitely find this product great value for the price. I can clearly and easily hear if my child is crying or just fussing. Sound is very clear. It doesn’t have all the bells and whistles that other very expensive brands do but this does a great job if you just want to know if your baby is crying or not. Highly recommend.

After we got this monitor, we have gained our freedom to work in our terrace office, when our kids sleep at night. It has a good range and is very reliable. It it very easy to use too. But For battery use, it doesnt last long. The only thing is make sure you turn it off when not in use, otherwise people can hear unwanted conversations. 😅
